Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions and GDPR Privacy Policy
1. Booking & Reservation
A booking is confirmed once the signed agreement and booking fee have been received. The booking fee is non-refundable and secures the wedding date exclusively.
2. Payments
The remaining balance is due 28 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
3. Coverage & Services
The Photographer will provide services as outlined in the agreed package or quotation. Specific images cannot be guaranteed due to timing, weather, venue restrictions, or guest cooperation.
4. Cancellation & Postponement
Cancellations must be made in writing. The booking fee remains non-refundable. Postponements may be transferred to a new date subject to Photographer availability.
5. Photographer Cancellation
If the Photographer is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, all monies paid will be refunded. Reasonable efforts will be made to help source a replacement photographer.
6. Editing & Delivery
Images are edited in the Photographer’s signature style. RAW files are not supplied. Final galleries are typically delivered within 1week.
7. Copyright
Copyright remains with the Photographer under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Clients receive a personal-use licence for printing and sharing images.
8. Model Release
The Client grants permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement. The Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Who We Are
Cinnamon Photography is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
What Information We Collect
We may collect names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, wedding details, and photographs related to your booking.
How Your Data Is Used
Your information is used to provide photography services, manage bookings, communicate with you, deliver galleries, and fulfil contractual obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, and consent where applicable.
Image Storage & Security
Photographs and client data are stored securely using password-protected systems and professional backup procedures.
Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your information. Data may only be shared with trusted suppliers such as album printers or gallery providers where necessary to fulfil services.
Retention Period
Client records and photographs may be retained for archival and business purposes unless deletion is requested where legally applicable. Images are retained for a minimum of 1 year.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.
